Really incredibly nice staff and the little technical helpers who bring the food also make for a fun experience. The food is my personal opinion. It was very well presented and it tasted good. It was spicy, as advertised, and the chicken was so soft in consistency that I only ate part of the very large portion. With my coke (0.2 liters) a little more would have been nice.

We were very satisfied. Our seven year old daughter loved the food. The robots are great and the price-performance ratio is top. The portions are large.

We were there for the first time today and were welcomed directly at the entrance. We were particularly curious how the operation with the robots works. That makes things more interesting and varied. The whole thing works very well. Neutral: - We both did not find it so cozy from the decor. Since you could improve something. - The food was delicious but not the best we have ever eaten. Cons: - There was nothing negative to say. Conclusion: The restaurant has potential for more. It is a modern-style Chinese restaurant, which provides a change and also offers something new with the robots. We will be back.

Let's start with what everyone is talking about, the robots: At the moment they are more for the fun of the guests than for the relief of the people, but the fun factor is really high ? and we will see what future updates will bring! The food is good, but does not reinvent the Chinese food, the portions are plentiful. Price / performance fits. The humanoid service is friendly and fast. I wondered if there should be a star deduction for the sober, a bit cool ambiance, but the mix of minimalist and traditional has something to it. Does anyone have to know for themselves whether he likes interior design style? When we were there, it was pretty empty. I wish the New Era that the concept prevails - we will gladly come back!

The robots are still in the early stages, but ultimately they are "filled" by the staff and therefore unfortunately only three stars. We had to wait 10 minutes until we got a card and were able to order drinks. When the drinks were there, we ordered appetizers and main courses. The main dishes were placed on the trays before the appetizers before the robots. We then asked if we could get the soup and spring rolls first. So: mains back and then the appetizers came. Soup was great, but one of the spring rolls was pretty cold. The always served sauce was actually only fat: (then came the main courses, one of which was wrong in the delivery.) So back again ... The court that came right, was lukewarm and already eaten to 2/3 than finally It was hot ... All in all, we can say: Robots are good, food is mostly too cold and very greasy, coordination of service rather bad, but we will try again in a few weeks and then work here ,
